Express feeling

How can everyone be expressing their feelings freely? And while i did that only once, i am at fault. It's not fair isn't it? I have feelings too. I am a human too. Why is it so hard to forgive me? What can i do to make things right? I hate being this miserable. Why do i feel like i am the only one who needs to hide my feelings and never express it to people? Unfair.
